It feels like it could be a great experience at the beginning, everyone was very courteous and welcoming when we got there, then they try to call someone in the back and that's when everything went down. The guy wasn't able to hear the guys calling him because he was on his headphones, one of the barbers had to personally to look for him, and when he came out looks like he just wake up or not in the mood to work. We were visiting from out of town in West Palm Beach this weekend, and my grandnephew needed a haircut. We chose this barbershop because it was conveniently located near our hotel and seemed like a good option due to the location. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. Dekimbie is hands down one of the best barbers I’ve been to. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and skill level are top tier.
