Mr. Dean is a wonderful responsive businessman. Not only did he show up on time, but he was completely respectful and quickly repaired the damaged glass in my sunroom. I had no issues, and Mr. Dean was so kind and worked so swiftly to resolve my issue. I certainly will utilize his services again for my home, and I highly appreciate his rapid response. This was a same day repair as well. I am satisfied immensely.

I called this company to see if they could repair two patio windows that have small cracks in them. The person who answered the phone was very rude in tone. After he brashly informed me that they couldn't repair but only replace the windows I said that's okay, thank you, and hung up. This rude person had the audacity to call me back and chastise me for hanging up on him.
