This apartment community is the only one in the area that charges the application fee and administration fee of $300 plus other fees and does not refund either if you cancel your application. The company is predatory. They are a predatory apartment leasing community. I do not recommend to live here unless their policies change for the betterment of the community they serve. Hard working citizens deserve do not deserve to be ripped off in the name of luxury or when just looking to relocate.
