This is like my second home. Everyone I've dealt with has been professional. What stands out to me is the care and compassion these people have. Much love for Valleywise and everyone that is part of this organization.
I was served saltpeter in my food while I was an involuntary SMI patient there!
Everyone in the ER (nurses, doctors, and imaging staff) was so nice and kind. They really knew their stuff and they lead with such compassion and care. Getting compassion, kindness, and competentence all at once from ER doctors is especially rare. Hopefully I won't have to visit the ER anytime soon but I have to any time in the future, I would actually come back here again.
Was just there and I could not sit up due to pain for very long. And the staff would not accommodate that. They would rather see you leave than help you be a little more comfortable until you're seen. So Im back at home in the same pain and didn't receive any care because I could not sit up in a waiting room chair. Now im not sure what to do. I guess if it gets bad enough I will call 911
