Absolutely appalling service. We had taken our ride on mower in to have a couple of things repaired, was asked if we wanted it serviced which we agreed to and was quoted $400-$500 (no problem) Go to pick it up and are told it’s $700. No phone call before they worked on it to say it was going to cost more, and insisting on stripping off parts unless we pay what they want. This is our second poor dealing with them - will never ever return and will not recommend to anyone else either.
Woori Yallock District Hire & Sales repaired and serviced my lawn mower and I was super impressed by their reasonable costs, their range of services provided and the level of customer care. Kylie was particularly helpful. Thank you!
