 Third time in two months dealing with the same issues, and I’m done. Waited an hour and a half with zero communication. One barber took over an hour on a single cut, another showed up halfway through, and it turns out they were only taking appointments, but no one thought it was worth telling the people sitting there waiting. I personally have come here a number of times at this point, and each time I’ve received quality haircuts and quality time spent. Every staff member I’ve had the privilege of working with, have all been considerate, kind, and accommodating to my needs and time. Each time I walk out people ask me where I went and I tell them all the same thing, that little shop in the Oviedo Mall.
