Staff was super knowledgable in helping us, and were not pushy. They helped us get the right product, worked within our budget, and did a measure of the space. Although we initially were planning to do pickup ourselves, they were able to deliver as an extra service! Would highly recommend the team anf the floors, if I had to nitpick, there were a few small scuffs on our floors after install.
The cherry oak floors that I purchased were beautifully installed by District floor depot. The customer service was excellent from beginning to end. I would definitely hire them again.
Excellent customer service and great selection of products! Everyone was fantastic but I’m giving a special shoutout to Ella, who was amazing!! I would definitely use them again!
The team was friendly
We highly recommend Floor Depot. We had such a great experience working with Ella, the sales manager. She was very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and worked with us to meet our needs. We had to reschedule delivery and they didnt give us any problem at all. The delivery guys were also friendly and helpful. All in all, great experience!
