Purchased a '24 Panigale V2 5/26/2024 and traded in my '21 HD Street Glide Special. Signed all paperwork and left with a great bike. Then the paperwork was "lost" and improperly filed i believe 3 times for a total of 4 contracts drawn up. None of the details were changed but it did prevent me from being able to start making payments until i believe November. I can't say enough good things about this dealership! Jeff was an exceptional salesman who truly went above and beyond. He was the most genuine and honest salesperson I've ever met. After making a down payment on a demo Ducati Monster 2023, I changed my mind and decided I wanted the new 2024 model instead. When I went back to pick up the bike, I spoke with Jeff and Rick, and they were more than willing to make sure I left with the bike I wanted. I purchased an extended warranty for my Ducati, which I cancelled. 5 months later the refund has not been received and I’ve called them more than 5 times to resolve and have not received a phone call. I would not recommend you do business with this company. Even the purchase experience was full of mistakes. Be careful, there are plenty of other dealerships to choose from
