Great staff from the front desk to the assistants, Hygienists, and Dentists. The best deep cleaning you can get anywhere. Very chill atmosphere, pleasant. Highly recommend!
Great practice for anyone to get dental care and especially for anyone who is anxious about going to the dentist. Shout out to Ashley who is so much fun, extremely meticulous during cleanings and always asks what’s been going on if she sees something different during a cleaning. Got my wisdom teeth extracted here way later than I should have and it could not have been more painless. Dr. Doug answered all my questions in office, sent me home with very clear instructions and my healing has been super smooth.
The best dentist I've ever been to! The customer service is luxurious, and the entire staff is amazing — literally everyone. They even have massage chairs and a TV in the room, which makes the whole experience incredibly comfortable. Ashley was my hygienist, and she was super patient with me. She went above and beyond to provide reassurance throughout the appointment, offered recommendations in a very thoughtful and diplomatic way, and answered all my questions. So far the best dentist/dentist office I've ever been to. The patient chairs massage you as you're relaxing during your appointment!! The whole process from calling to schedule an appointment to walking out after was great. Dr. Doug takes his time to explain everything and is very thorough. The staff are inviting and make you feel totally comfortable. The office is relaxing and chill- perfectly suited in the Warehouse District of the city. I absolutely hate going to the dentist however the staff and dentist made the whole experience comfortable and painless! Absolutely the best staff ever !! Kind, patient and informative … I don’t know what I was so worried about!
