The entire staff are so welcoming and lovely to anyone who walks in. I always feel confident in my teeth when I walk out after my cleanings. Dr. Heeter is wonderful. She is kind and always has the best interest in her patients. She will give you the full picture and options for treatment and is never forcing you to do anything you don’t want to do. I highly recommend this practice, I am very happy I switched to District Dental.

Deeply disappointed and feel misled ! I had a very negative experience at this dental office. I was advised to get a crown and root canal that later turned out to be completely unnecessary. This treatment not only used up all of my insurance coverage, but also failed to address the real issue I was having. After switching to a new dentist, I was informed that the procedure should never have been done in the first place. I now have to deal with the financial and dental consequences of that mistake. Dr. Heeter has performed multiple dental procedures for me from bridges to crowns, and I have to say that she is the best dentist that I’ve ever had. She’s a perfectionist and well versed in any and all dental options that a patient may need.

I highly recommend District Dental! After an overnight dental emergency, they were able to see me first thing the next morning—even though the office was closed. Dr. Heeter and the entire District Dental team were caring, professional, and efficient. My family and I will definitely keep coming back!
