District Dental was recommended to me by a colleague. I’ve had a superior experience with everyone there - friendly and on-top-of-it office staff, knowledgeable hygienists, and Dr. Paul is excellent as well as reassuring. In addition to regular preventative care, I also decided to try Invisalign which they have made an easy experience. This can lead to unexpected expenses. It is highly recommended to obtain prior approval from your insurance provider before proceeding with any services.
An exceptionally nice and kind doctor, nurse, and receptionist. Doctor Heeter was highly professional and patient. I walked in due to an emergency and immediately felt I was in good hands. Absolutely competent, caring, and reliable professionals. I found the practice online, and I am very glad I decided to go there. I am definitelly staying with them, excellent professionals and very human approach.
The Drs and Staff here make it obvious they care. Having both be equal is not always easy to find. Well, I have found it with District Dental. I have committed to this facility as my last practice began to lose sight of client relations. I recently had a crown, less than two years old (from my last practice) fail. Dr. Heeter and her staff took me immediately to address my situation. I needed a new crown to be fitted as my last one was not molded to fit correctly on my tooth. I had a great experience at district dental group of Fairfax. Jasmine at the front desk was very helpful and answered all of my insurance questions. Emily (hygienist) was very thorough and did an anwesome job explaining the health of my teeth, and Dr Paul was very thorough in his exam as well! Great personality too! Practice was very clean and well organized. Looking forward to my next visit!
