Rent here if you want to experience ghetto living. Bathroom ceiling vent was so clogged with black mold that chunks of it would fall out, and prevented the fan from working. Developed a chronic cough from it. Landlord repeatedly refused to send maintenance to fix the problem, and just told me to "clean it myself". Ceiling constantly leaked a smelly, questionable yellow fluid, and eventually flooded so bad that it wrinkled the walls. Worst landlords I have ever had. Graffiti and garbage in stairwells that doesn't get cleaned up. Roaches throughout the building. People using drugs and the smoke goes all over. A loud tenant who always has lots of visitors that disturb people at all hours. Today a repairman tried to enter my apartment while I was in my pajamas. I was given no notification.
The man come to my home to fix the stove, he solved so many problems, did his job very seriously, I am so appreciate his help ,a very good employee! And you respond my emergency call very fast ,Thank your guys so much! Huan
