Tech was somewhat knowledgeable and friendly. Only had one camcorder (Canon GL70) on hand. Therefore, I ended buying that one. It was on my list, so the sell wasn’t that hard. However, I still would have preferred to review a couple different options while in the store

Peter, Arian, Ramona, and the other associates did a great job answering my questions and keeping me informed as we coordinated a trade in deal remotely- then, when I came to the store, they stayed after closing to help finish the deal as I hit some traffic on my long drive there! Highly reccomend
