It’s impossible to talk to someone on the phone, then they say you can only come talk to the DA between Monday-Wednesday 1pm-3:30pm I believe. Either way, I can imagine there being lots of people needing to speak with the DA just for there to only be a 2 hr window to do so. I was trying to talk to the front desk lady and she hung up the phone in my face. Very disheartening experience
They do stuff WRONG had me do a trial without a waiver being signed that is a violation of my 6th admendment etc and will file a complaint to the NC Judicial system and NC bar for that district attorney.
Went to DA's office to speak to the DA, and the person at the front desk would not let me talk to the DA. Waste of time, they persuade people to get an attorney to pour money into the legal system. They can care less about any issue you may have. They don't know how a camera works, and if u take a picture of any trespasser, they only assume that it is altered. The judge at the courthouse sits behind his bench, laughing while dismissing a trespasser. Don't have faith in the system.
