Megan was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I told her my situation and she decided to tell me to figure it out versus giving me resources to help me. She needs to be removed from the DAs office as the DA should not treat people that are trying to resolve a ticket the way she treated me !
This was the most disorganized thing I have even dealt with. The DAs office does not care about victims. They refuse to answer the phone or call anyone back. Did not speak to victims at all before the case was heard in court. Did not care to review the case, reports or hear about continued harassment from the defendant since the incident, Rushed us through with no concerns or care. Absolutely can see why victims choose not to pursue or choose to handle issues on their own.
They post the phone numbers just for fun. They will never answer the phone nor help you with real problems. Be prepared to stay on hold or transferred over to 3 different departments that do not want to help you!
