I Love DAC!!!!! All of the trainers and instructors are amazing!!!! You can go at your own pace and work towards your goals one day at a time 🧘♀️💪🎉💋 It’s like a family there and I am so thankful to be a part of it ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
If you’re interested in Olympic Weightlifting, the New Haven Weightlifting Club runs out of District and is a great start. Additionally, DAC has ample open gym / platform hours unlike other weightlifting facilities. Tons of platforms, kilo plates, blocks, racks and weightlifting-specific bars. Dropping weights is encouraged! Highly recommended.
