Pretty good apartment block, right in the middle of Fitzroy and two tram lines, comfy and clean with good furniture. Loved the view of the innercity suburbs. The garage entrance is pretty narrow, and steep to get in, also its a stacker system so car sizes are limited. need to Prebook Tips with the App based key system: It seems like for the front door and elevator, you don't necessarily have to hold your phone directly against the card reader, 15-20cm away is fine, which is great when carrying bags.
