Overall a very nice place. Nice bathroom and living area. Close to loads of restaurants and things to do. Only slightly negative thing I have to say is that there was no information when checking in i.e that an app was needed and such. One quick call to reception sorted that out, so not a big deal. Other than that it was great!
Stayed here on two separate occasions in Jan 2025. Apartment was beautiful . There’s no reception so everything is done online via an app. Any problems were dealt with immediately via email so quicker than phoning reception in a standard hotel . Will be visiting Melbourne later in year and will definitely return . Would not be suitable for guests who like an in person check in but we liked it this way
Wow what an amazing apartment. Staff where unbelievable helpful..Was hard to find but well worth it. Couldn't find the remote for TV in bedroom but apart from that lovely place 😀
The room was great with all the facilities we could have needed. Spacious and airy. I would have preferred a key card, rather than relying on a phone ap, as my phone nearly died one day! There were a couple of items left in the apartment by previous users - a towel & socks.
