Service honestly amazing.
I have stayed here before and great location, clean apartment. No complaints. Unfortunately during my most recent stay I had no hot water for 3 days. Instead of moving me to another apartment I was told each day it was going to be fixed. It wasn’t. I was refunded for one night. All in all a most forgettable stay. Will find another option for my frequent visits to Melbourne in the future.
