The app on the phone states that the key will stop working at 11:00 am which led us to believe check out was 11.:00 at 10:00am we were given 15 minutes to leave and were made to leave with no understanding. We would of been happy to pay extra so all of us could shower before our 3 hr drive. The view from the balcony is nothing like the Photos. There was a young lady on reception with a lovely accent whom was absolutely delightful.
Fantastic apartment and brilliant location at South Yarra in the midst of all the hustle bustle. Shops, cafes, restaurants within walking distance. Quiet apartment with all the modern conveniences. The kitchenette is a big plus. And there's parking too if you need it. Will definitely stay here again.
