I stayed here for 10 nights. The hotel’s location is excellent — there are train and tram stations nearby, along with shopping malls and supermarkets, and plenty of outstanding restaurants and cafés. The room is very spacious, and it comes fully equipped with a washing machine, microwave, and other amenities. Stayed in District Apartment for nearly a month a really enjoyed it. The décor of the flats is quite minimalist, but they are well equipped. A balcony is an added bonus. The whole building was rather quiet - which was the most important thing for me. The only thing I could hear was an elevator in the mornings and the neighbours upstairs moving their furniture.... occasionally. Booking a higher floor definitely pays off. Apartment was good size, bedroom is tiny and did not feel like a Queen bed. Lounge area very good, bathroom small and no hooks?? Desperately need hooks to hang clothes on. Location is excellent near all top restaurants etc and train and trams. Girls at front desk were excellent.

Good location, however the room was very disappointing. Could definitely use a good clean, lots of dust, smelled like smoke, washing machine leaked all over the floor and the only thing offered to help was fresh towels. (No help cleaning up, no room change.) Staff very uninterested, seemed to minimise customer satisfaction interaction. No interest in good customer service.
