Good location, however the room was very disappointing. Could definitely use a good clean, lots of dust, smelled like smoke, washing machine leaked all over the floor and the only thing offered to help was fresh towels. (No help cleaning up, no room change.) Staff very uninterested, seemed to minimise customer satisfaction interaction. No interest in good customer service.

We stayed in the three-bedroom apartment. It’s clean and comfortable. Great location. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. Walking distance to train station or trams.

Very clean, comfortable rooms at very reasonable prices! The staff have all been so friendly and welcoming also! Highly recommend 🙏🏼

I booked a reservation for the night payed in full online upon arrival i was told at the desk that they don’t have any rooms available after i had travelled from a different state to stay the night they were very rude didn’t have any consideration for the loss of my money and told me it would take a few days to refund aswell as having to wait 10 minutes for someone to actually come assist me don’t recommend this place what so ever not welcoming and not helpful at all

Great stay and there was nothing to fault. 2 bedroom apartment was in the 14th floor which helped with the noise from trams/trains. Well equipped and comfortable apartment. I would recommend and would be happy to stay again if in the area again.
