I am speechless- Janet completely transformed a previous botched balayage which was basically orange to a softer light brown color. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and home girl delivered!!!!! I book a single hair coloring and instead receive an extremely messed up dye job. I even had set up a consultation, so you could assume that anything that couldn’t be done would be explained to me right? Wrong. All these people want are money and lack the training to do (specifically women of color’s) hair. I paid almost $300 just for me to dye my hair back to black after this and they refuse to refund me, as per their “policy” that is not listed anywhere :) Unless you want to essentially have to go somewhere else, or just h... read more

I highly recommend Ernesto! I just went to the salon for the first time and had the best experience! I was unhappy with my cut and color from my previous salon and he fixed both better than I could have imagined. He is an artist and took his time making sure everything was perfect. I also had a lot of fun through the whole process. I will be back!
