I had a very poor experience with Faizan Butt. I retained him for a landlord–tenant matter and paid a $3,000 retainer. He did some initial work, including sending a cease-and-desist letter and attending two calls with RTDRS, and later invoiced $929.25 for that work. When the landlord tried another tactic later by increasing the rent by 35% to force us out, I reached out to Mr. Butt again for help since he had previously been retained for the matter.
