When I say 5 star service, I meant it. Taylor was my representative and he made this process of getting my place so seamless. I told Taylor what I need in an apartment and he match me with the perfect loft with a beautiful balcony. I recommend living here and definitely ask for Taylor!

I didn’t want to rate the service, because I know it is better than what we received. To answer your question. The problem has not been resolved. My wife sent a request last week informing you of the on going heating problem and I sent a message with it expressing my concerns. We though the heat had been fixed, but a day later, on the coldest week of the year it wasn’t. We are now concern about how long we have to deal with this problem. It’s been months now.
