Great spot for diver and drinks. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Our water glasses were always filled; never empty. The fried chicken sliders were tart and so were the Brussel sprouts. The devils eggs really stole the show. Of all the drinks, the Port Authority was the best. Highly recommend it. The old-fashioned was good and so was the Bluegrass.
Bruhhhh it was so dark there, but I think that's the vibe that they have chosen. Good for them. The waiter didn't check on us too often, and given the price of the food, I have much higher standards for service. It also took a really long time for the waiter to take our order, and for the food to be delivered. It wasn't even packed that evening, so I don't really see any excuses. Food was good though. Would I go again? Ehhh maybe, but it's definitely not my first choice.
All was good, the food was good and ambiance was good as well.
The bourbon list alone is impressive, and it’s the kind of spot where you can tell the owners actually care about doing things right. Everything feels dialed in—from the drinks to the service to the kitchen. Food-wise, I had a tough time choosing between the lamb meatballs and the ahi tuna. They both sounded great, but I went with the meatballs and they did not disappoint. Tons of flavor and perfect with a good pour of bourbon.
