I had an appointment today March 5th at 1000. Showed up at 0945. The lady at the front desk said my appointment wasn’t until 1100. So I went to Bass Pro to walk around. Came back at 1050. The lady said my appointment was at 1000 and she was laughing about it. I tried so hard and was successful at not showing emotion. She then took care of two other patients while I waited for her to tell me I can come back on March 19th. Was receiving VA massages here. Massages went well and left feeling relieved. Small parking arrangements. Was a pain in the butt trying to get the right paperwork submitted to the VA for extension of services. Would schedule appointments using their app, only for receptionist to cancel them, or app issues. After roughly 5 cancelations and no availability with massage Therapist, sometimes the morning of the appointments; I requested to be transferred to a different facility for care.
