Update address!!! It’s no longer at 350 Fordham road!
Worst experience ever. Waited until 430pm for my 2PM MRI appointment. I can get claustrophobic and was not aware of what I would be put through. Nobody explained what I was about to experience and spent a minute in there terribied out of my might. No warning, no explanation, no panic button. Everything was rushed The technician did not give af about my mental state and quickly kicked me out of the clinic telling me to go get an open MRI. 100% Would NOT recommend
I had a 9am appointment and arrived at 8:45, but I ended up waiting for 3 hours. When I asked when I would be seen, they kept telling me there were two people ahead of me. However, I overheard them saying, "put him before the brain," implying that someone else was being prioritized over me, even though I was there for a brain MRI. It felt like they were picking and choosing who would be seen next, which felt unfair, especially since I had to get to work.
