The service itself I think is pretty good. But I think staffs needs to be more informed on patients hippa rights. I mean if you get caught up the block across the street by the bus stop and then go into the cut of the building that's there. talking about a patient personal medical and or diagnosis. Yeah your violating hippa laws.
Waited 2 hours, watched people come in and leave before i was even called into the back. i was told 2 people were ahead of me even tho i showed up to an empty doctors office. my appointment was at 3pm and i showed up at 2:59. fast forward, i confronted them about skipping me and i was told “they’re appointments are before yours”. Mind you, NOBODY WAS HERE BEFORE ME. i showed up first i should’ve been seen first. i was told i was next after the 2 people, and that there was one person behind me. the person that was supposed to... read more
Honestly not even worth one star . Highly disappointed. I waited almost 4 hours for an appointment even though I arrived on time. My appointment was scheduled for 2:30 PM, and I arrived at 2:20 PM. After waiting well past my appointment time, staff continued taking people who had left and returned after their names were called three times, while others who had been patiently waiting were still not seen. Terrible service. Two pre-scheduled appointments and the doctors are not honoring the scheduled time. If you are dying, it’s best not to go to this place.
