The worst costumer service over the phone. I tried reaching out to them to reschedule my dads appointment on several occasions but their line always says that there is no one available to answer the call and that the mailbox is full and it just hangs up the phone. It’s ridiculous and needs to be fixed. I’d recommend people to stay away.
If you ever have to go to this DDI, you will meet Dulce at the front desk. She is kind, courteous & very professional. I had an issue with an appointment & was upset. Dulce was understanding & helped with the issue. If more people working with the public were like her, there would not be so much frustation when dealing with office visits. I was shocked that I waited maybe 10 minutes before I was seen. DDI knows how to schedule appointments! Koodos to Dulce & the staff at DDI 3rd ave in the Bronx!

It was an awesome experience. My MRI was done by John who made me feel at ease. He was very professional yet friendly. I definitely recommend this location: 2598 Third Ave, Bronx, NY 10454.
