Absolutely horrible. This company did the cement on my new build and the quality us some of the worst I've ever seen. Tons of cracks, edges crumbling, pops, all within 1 year of pour. We will need to have replaced within a few years.
Run!! Don’t walk away …RUN! Our original builder used distinguishing for foundational purposes. Long story short that builder is gone. But we continued to use distinguishing for grading because they had started all of it. Amongst other issues with different issues, the biggest problem was dealing with this horribly unprofessional company for grading. Distinguished Development was used by my home builder to pour all cement including foundation and driveway. It's been a journey to say the least. I've had many issues: 1. While pouring our driveway, they accidentally damaged one of the sections before it had cured. They did fix this within a month after moving in, but in the process they damaged another part of the driveway. All they would do for me is say "sorry". 2.
