Run!! Don’t walk away …RUN! Our original builder used distinguishing for foundational purposes. Long story short that builder is gone. But we continued to use distinguishing for grading because they had started all of it. Distinguished Development was used by my home builder to pour all cement including foundation and driveway. It's been a journey to say the least. I've had many issues: 1. While pouring our driveway, they accidentally damaged one of the sections before it had cured. They did fix this within a month after moving in, but in the process they damaged another part of the driveway. All they would do for me is say "sorry". 2. As a homeowner who is building my own house, I would strongly advise staying away from this company based on my overall experience, which I would rate as 4/10. First and foremost, when they provide you with an estimate, expect a 15-20% increase in the final cost when the work is completed. This is exactly what happened in my case. I ended up paying an additional $8,000 just to remove dirt from the lot.
