This is the 2nd home we've built, our first in South Carolina and our first with Distinguished Design, and it was an overwhelmingly positive experience! From our initial meeting with Kirby, to our floor plan design meeting with David (the owner), to our many interactions with Jose (the site superintendent), the customer service was great. We purchased a new home in Lyman SC which was built by Distinguished Designs. We purchased the home from out of state so it was difficult to go back and forth. We absolutely loved the lay out of the house. We have enjoyed living here very much. I called Steve the warranty person, after I told him our concerns he said "I want you to be as happy as when you bought the hose". We made a list and sent him a copy and he took care of all our concerns and we are even happier than when we bought the house. Steve always got back to me... read more
