Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life! Horrible customer service. They never return calls. Lied to me about not getting a confirmation yet insisted their install guy was on his way to my house but couldn’t reach me so he skipped my install. When I called to ask what was going on Jamie kept talking over me. This has been a three month disaster! Run the other way... you’ll thank me!
I ordered cellular blinds from **** ******Middletown, NY, and this is the vendor they use to measure and install the blinds. An appointment was made to measure the blinds. No one showed up or called in advance. A 2nd appointment was made and someone came to measure. Everyone at ** were wonderful! The blinds were delivered to my home and I had to call the company to set up an installation date. I spoke to Megan W***** who was very pleasant. Once again, no one called in advance or came to my home. I left many messages for her.... read more
