I had the worst experience using this agency to plan my trip. I started planning the trip a year and half before we planned to go and I should have known from the lack of responses to my emails that I should have never continued to work with these individuals. She told me I would have an all inclusive stay at Atlantis and one month before we were scheduled to go I emailed her to confirm that everything was set which she informed me that now the trip was not going to be all inclusive.
