Before learning about Distinctive Tile (DT), we had searched other places for kitchen tile with no success. We actually learned about DT when we read about their fine selection and fine service in the remarks section of a competitive (the reviewer was complaining about the other company, and mentioned that he had great service at DT instead). Deb and Jack are the nicest people. They are very helpful and honest. The tile I wanted was on sale, but other dealers would not give me the price it was on sale for or even close to it. They wanted double. I would highly recommend them. Also went out of their way to help me decide it was a good match. Again highly recommended.
This is the way every business should be run. Principles Deb and Jack and their two sons make every client fell like their job is the most important one and it is! One of the most important features in any service field is customer service and I can't say enough about Distinctive Tile. Deb and Jackie are two of the most knowledgeable people in the tile field; not to mention the service we received was second to none. They spent time with us explaining the features of different tiles, and showing us which tile would work best with our cabinets and granite counter tops. Distinctive Tile & Stone did a wonderful job on my Kitchen backsplash!!! Deb was extremely helpful and so nice to work with. She never hesitated to order me new samples so I could take them home. I could have not asked for better communication from her about samples, prices and availability. The BEST Tile and Service!I have worked with Deb on 2 bathroom projects and now a kitchen. If you want run-of-the-mill, defective tile-go to Home Depot or Lowes. I couldn't be happier with my new kitchen backsplash! The new look definately increased the value of my home. I looked all over the Lehgih Valley for unique tiles. With the design input from Deb, I found a winner! When you make a big investment like a new kitchen backsplash, you want to make sure the project is done correctly. Erik is a perfectionist! Jackie and her staff are wonderful to work with even though I was only looking for 2 sq feet for a bathroom backsplash. The selection was great, prices good, and the tiles were displayed in a way that you can look through them without having them fall on you. This was a good experience.
