They have tiles and stuff. Disappointed by complete lack of communication and follow through. Never, not once, did they follow through with calling us or updating us. If you don't need any customer support, this place might be OK for you.
We were very disappointed in our experience with Distinctive Tile & Design. After three visits to the showroom to have someone contact us, we were told our phone number was incorrect in their system. It then took over a month for a person to come to measure our job. We again had to contact the salesperson because the measurer didn't have the right phone number. We worked with Tesaira at the Yarmouth location and she was wonderful. She helped us with the design and tile selection for our bathroom remodel and offered tips and ideas that we had not thought of, which was super helpful. I would highly recommend for your next tile job.
