Employees are very nasty hateful people. Management doesn’t condemn any of their employees inappropriate behaviors. Do NOT spend a penny of your hard earned money at this establishment.
Unlimited selection. Larry is a Fantastic owner. Kerry is very experienced and talented, ask for her. Installation cannot be better. I’ve personally seen their workmanship in multi million dollar homes, as well as smaller jobs in beautiful modest homes. I highly recommend them for any size project you may be considering.
I use Distinctive Tile & Design for residential and commercial projects and I am continuously impressed by their high level of professionalism, fair pricing and impeccable quality of work. In today's day and age, working with a contractor who possesses a high level of integrity is priority #1 - and that's Distinctive in a nutshell. I should have read the reviews before purchasing. I have spent six months working on an install job. The salesperson was horrible with communication and often took several days to respond to the smallest questions. Still, the tile is great and my contractor recommended them, so I continued. Many other tile guys were booked far out. After weeks of no communication and several inquiries, I wanted to demand an install date. The saleswoman stated that they would do the install in four days.
