The countertops looks great and the installers were very proffesional until they were ready to leave. I asked them what they were going to do to close off the 1-1/2" gap at the top of the dishwasher and they refused to complete the job. When your estimator was out he stated that since we had a drop down laminate edge on my tops, and they would need to shim and adjust the dishwasher and stove to meet the new elevation on the tops. Excellent work, looks beautiful. Done on time workers were very professional couldn't ask for anything better.
Workers were 1.5 hours late, they damaged our brand new cupboards and lied about it, damaged a molding cutting it out to fit the countertop, left a huge mess and debris on the floor.. It was taken over 2 months to process this problem with minimal compensation for all the extra work we have done. DO better. Home Depot jobs this company out so beware!
The most installers were very polite and did a very good job . And they cleaned up after finishing their job . I am very happy with that company !
My experience has been terrible. They broke my counters upon removing the and made me pay to replace them. They took the damaged countertops with them when they left even though I told them to leave them. They took over took forever to remake them they cut one of the new ones incorrectly. They had to come look at the countertop and told me is cut correctly.. I had to go back through home Depot to come look.
