Distinctive Services worked around our busy schedule and kitchen build. Communication and professionalism were excellent. The guys that came out to measure and install were very professional and arrived on time. My countertops are perfect!!

One the surface the installation appeared to go well and everyone was nice a professional, unfortunately once the alternate services arrived to install the plumbing and gas we have had a variety of issues. The sink faucet opening was to small which required them to come back and redrill requiring me to take additional time off and the cooktop opening was cut to large by 1.5 inches in review of the documentation they were provided which has created significant issue with the stove top not falling through which now results in ... read more

I hired Distinctive Surfaces of Florida to install a countertop in my laundry room. While this was a small job for them, it was important to me since this is my home. Their service was excellent. They arrived when they said they would, they got right to work, did a beautiful install of my countertop and cleaned up after themselves. They were courteous throughout the time they were in my home. Very accommodating, allowed us to go to supplier and pick out our countertops, which was invaluable to us since we did switch our choice when able to see a whole slab. Installation couldn’t have gone better. The team was professional, knew what they were doing, and end result was a well finished job. So happy!
