Josh owes me $4750 from a job he backed out of in June. I gave him a deposit of $13250 for a 41K job in February. We had multiple discussions about him having the proper insurance for the job but he showed up without it and the neighbor kicked him off his property (his reason for backing out of the job before it was even begun). Continues to make promises to fix terrible work he performed and was paid for yet never shows or answers texts or calls. Quality is not only horrendous he doesn’t pay his subcontractors and lies constantly. Avoid at all costs! He ruined more of our house than he fixed!
Josh Meldrum (owner?) is refusing to give us a workmanship warranty for work completed MONTHS ago. Won't return emails OR phone calls. Spent thousands and can't even get a warranty on the work. They also left behind heavy buckets loaded with used material, empty bottles, and there's cement-like material all over the entrance and sidewalks....
We hired Josh for repairs at our old house and his team did a wonderful job. We hired him for our new house and they did a great job again and even came back to repair damage that had occurred. My only critique would be on responsiveness and scheduling. Overall happy with the work though.
Joshua and his team just completed work on our home. The original stucco was removed and replaced using better materials and process. The work was outstanding!
