Josh and his crew were phenomenal from start to finish. We absolutely love how it turned out and would recommend him to anyone. He was wonderful to work with always responded to calls or texts right away. The crew was so helpful. Couldn’t ask for a better team. @houseinahundredacrewood for pictures. Update: 1/19/26 We are now over 3 years with our stucco job. It is gorgeous and we are still thrilled. Very important note: our heat bills are unbelievably low. We have all blown insulation and the stucco. Pick Josh and his team!
We spent nearly $200,000 with Josh for an exterior remodel. Over two years later it’s still not done. Poor quality finishes, caulking and paint all over our windows which are now ruined. Plus it’s now failing and we have water leaks. He always says he isn’t quitting yet never gets anything done. Time to lawyer up and teach this kid a hard lesson. I was way to patient. Never call anyone else for EIFS / stucco work other than Joshua at Distinctive Stucco. I made the mistake not once but twice hiring a NON certified EIFS contractor and paid for it. Joshua immediately could see why the work failed and confirmed the contractor was not in fact certified with warranty support. Distinctive’s crew was well mannered, covered and cleaned every step of the way, and most importantly communicated and showed up when they said. Only use Distinctive stucco !
Josh and his crew did an excellent job repairing the stucco on my commercial building. His crew arrived early every day and were professional and quiet. They made an extra effort not to interfere with my business. Work was completed on time and was well done.
Josh owes me $4750 from a job he backed out of in June. I gave him a deposit of $13250 for a 41K job in February. We had multiple discussions about him having the proper insurance for the job but he showed up without it and the neighbor kicked him off his property (his reason for backing out of the job before it was even begun). He said it would take about two weeks for him to refund my deposit. He repaid $8500 after 6 weeks of badgering him but now it’s September and he has not refunded the remainder.
