After repeated calls and emails simply to buy replacement parts for a sign originally built by Distinctive, with no response, and politely telling Mr. Martin that this was beginning to make me look bad, he told me that he was taking himself out of the situation and hung up on me. Hardly a way to treat a customer or to run a business. Too bad that I can't leave zero stars.
We recently purchased a sign for a commercial remodeling project, thanks to John and staff for a beautiful job.
