Distinctive Shades and Shutters came to our new home in Guthrie two weeks ago. Mrs. Miller showed us the exact design we wanted. She took measurements, and said we'd have new shades/blinds in two weeks. In 14 days, Roy professionally installed all of our order. We now have new shades/shutters! One other company took our order in mid-October; as of January 2016, we had no shades/shutters. Another firm came and took measurements, said he'd be back next week, and never returned.
