Overall a great experience! I booked a new client appointment online which was super easy. After reading the reviews and picking a time that worked best with my schedule I truly lucked out with Jen, she is so kind and thoughtful and got me in and out in about an hour. The price (new client about $65 not including tip) feels like a steal for the quality of the cut and products used and I have relatively long but thin hair. I also got light face framing and they offer free bang touch ups anytime. Will definitely be back.

I have been coming to this salon for the past 13+ years and it is simply the best! Marjorie has been my stylist for all of these years, so I of course, think she is the absolute best. I am honestly at a loss for words. I booked a new client haircut with Jason and had been looking forward to it all week. My appointment was scheduled for 2:30 PM on a Sunday. At exactly 2:23 PM, I called the salon to let them know I was running approximately 6 minutes late. I come to this salon every time I visit Phoenix ( in the Biltmore neighborhood) always leave looking and feeling so much better. All the hair colorist are excellent, as of late I had the pleasure of meeting Trinity and saw LeAnn who has worked wonders on my hair. I recommend them

I think this is my second review of this salon. I tried to give them another chance but it seems as though they are still really unorganized. Their website shows a daily deal of $30 haircut but when you try to book, it gives no options, but instructs you to call to see if any last minute spots have opened up. Upon calling, the manager notes that it's not a $30 deal, it's $30 off and that you have to choose someone who is $70 or more and it would not come with a styling.
