Julian was very professional in explaining our options for moisure in the wall in a portion of master bed room. Only 3 stars because we "probably" won't have the work done due to the estimate. Way, way out of our range. But it may be perfect with those who are beating the economy.

Distinctive Restoration is professional, fast to arrive, and great at what they do. Jerry was an absolute delight to work with through a stressful flooding situation. He is very knowledgeable and answered my calls no matter the time. I highly recommend this company.
The people I interacted with at DR were very professional and friendly, and gave good advice. However, I found the cost of setting up and "renting" a couple of fans, a dehumidifier and an air purifier for 3 days to be quite expensive.
