Termites ate the back of my house all around the fireplace, the roof overhang where the screened porch connects to the house, the studs and top plate, and the wood around the windows and mantle. We recently remodeled our kitchen and a small “cloffice” (closet/office). I spoke with three contractors but ultimately went with Distinctive Renovations and GC due to James’ up-front detail and advice, the quote, and the mock-up provided by Amy.
