We recently remodeled our kitchen and a small “cloffice” (closet/office). I spoke with three contractors but ultimately went with Distinctive Renovations and GC due to James’ up-front detail and advice, the quote, and the mock-up provided by Amy. James at Distinctive Renovations installed LVP floors in my whole house. He and his crew did an excellent job start to finish. When done, he left the work areas cleaner than when he started. I wasn’t experienced with home renovations and James patiently answered all my questions. He also kept me informed of what was happening at each step and pointed out leaks which he fixed. His prices were competitive. I would definitely ask for his company again when I do more renovations like my master bath and patio.
