Horrible company
Got a quote and signed a contract to do a full pool renovation. After taking our deposit all communication stopped. When we finally got them to respond and they assigned a project manager. They never actually started the job, they just kept pushing the start date and giving excuses about not being able to contact the township. Its been three weeks and no one is responding to phone calls or emails. I've sent a letter in the mail requesting a return of our deposit and have received no response.
Since someone has the same complaint from six months ago obviously it hasn’t been corrected. Your company truck, the orange pickup, is going to kill someone one day. I saw this truck at rush hour on route 18 weaving through cars, going 90mph+ in a 55mph zone, using a merging lane and the shoulder to pass a box truck on the right... The driver was cutting cars off as if they were driving a sports car with over sized poles hanging out of the bed of the truck. Whoever was driving their orange company truck around 4:30 today down Rt 18 should be fired. At least 90mph, passing on the shoulder, cutting people off, weaving in and out of traffic like someone's pool was leaking. Don't tell me it didn't happen. Next time act like that in your own car, not your company truck.
