Dr. Matthews Barnett is an incredible PT! I worked with her from 28 weeks pregnant and had great pelvic floor function during pregnancy and only had a 1st degree tear having my baby (didn’t require repair)! She helped me combat hip pain in my third trimester and I’m looking forward to continuing care with her post partum. If you’re thinking about PFPT during pregnancy, I can’t recommend it enough!!

I visited the Distinctive Therapy clinic to address issues I had as a result of running. In my first Dr. Michelle Moore was able to correctly diagnose the issues I was experiencing and construct a treatment plan to address the immediate issue as well as prevent reinjury. Within a couple of weeks my pain was mostly resolved and I was able to resume activities like walking and strength training. Within a couple more weeks I was able to begin running again. I felt heard and seen by Dr. Michelle. She was very kind and caring. I could tell she was truly listening to me and my symptoms. Her office was clean and peaceful. I felt at ease with my assessment and treatment plan

Dr. Moore and Dr. Matthew-Barnett are great! I went in with the weakest pelvic floor ever! Their ability to microneedle my pelvic floor made all the difference to really wake it up. I'm so grateful for the strength I have now and will continue to build. Highly recommend this practice and both doctors!
