Poor experience with this company. Ordered a staircase to be installed by myself. Discussed measurements and drawings with sales guy only to have each of the 9 treads, 3 pyes, and landing all short the toe length. Also the 4’x4’ landing had a relatively large cup/bow at delivery day which would’ve made the install difficult. Sales guy kept insisting measurements were my fault and that they wouldn’t be able to modify the treads due to it being a relatively big job and integrity concerns.
