Distinctive Homes- Sale consultant Lucas Anderson. Gave him a realistic budget to meet and he has met to both houses I’m building. Young and listens to you. If doesn’t know the answer, then he will go find out for you. Has a working knowledge of drafting and SAPPA. Very quick and efficient with the design process with many hours of discussions and back and forth screenshot to get WHAT I want and being him being transparent was important.
