We hired Jim Fussell to build our home and it was a nightmare. Jim Fussell is not a builder, he's a master scam artist. He will lie, steal, cheat, blame others but he will never complete your house. He never told us that he was under investigation by the LA Contractors Licensing Board and in fact was put on probation in May 2013. The board put him on probation because 4 homeowners made serious complaints about him.
