Brilliant job on cleaning my patio and decking which had seen better days. Very professional, no hard sell. Tidy worker and excellent price.
FIRST CLASS JOB!! I have used Mick on several previous occasions and have always been very happy with his workmanship. He is an extremely tidy worker and offers advice throughout the whole job. Accordingly I had no hesitation in asking him to repair my garage and shed flat roofs. He applied EPDM flat rubber roofing which has completely enhanced the appearance of the whole house. As usual Mick undertook this project with the utmost professionalism and craftsmanship.
I have recently had a kitchen fitted by Michael Lear of Distinctive Home Improvements. This is the second time I have used him as he is totally reliable. He is clean and tidy and a very knowledgeable chap. The kitchen looks fabulous, his attention to detail is second to none. I would certainly recommend him for any job big or small
Michael was recommended to us from a friend who had there roof and block paved drive cleaned it looked a very professionally finished job and they were very pleased with the results so i had no problem in asking him to do some work for me,he came to my bungalow on time as appointed and gave me a quote for some windows a carport and new fascia soffits and guttering which were in need of replacing , the work was carried out to a high standard and we would not hesitate in using him next time we need some work doing .
Mick has recently carried out another repair for me on my bungalow,this time there was trouble with my porch flat roof where the very old roofing felt was lifting in the wind.He thoroughly stripped it all back and replaced rotten wood and recovered using the latest rubberised material. Mick has previously cleaned and repaired the roof tiles and remade all the drainage gulleys,pointed the chimney stack and sprayed fungicidal wash to stop the moss and lichens coming back.
