I started working at Distinctive in April of 2019. It was my first time working as a contractor, so I didn't really know what to expect. I started as an intern and learned so much from this company over 4 years. I now have a solid foundation in the healthcare industry. I will say that Distinctive's corporate office is very structured and organized. They do not tolerate gossiping or negativity. Some people were able to adapt and some weren't. Update: Over one year later and this position is still open as I am continuing to receive emails about it from the recruiter that my resume matches. The hospital is now using a different recruiting company. Let that speak for itself. Terrible company for government contracts. Employees are extremely rude and unprofessional.
