After having several of their competitors did not follow up with me, I reached out to Distinctive Deck Designs last fall and asked them to give me an estimate on rebuilding my collapsed deck. Mackenzie sent Dave over to meet me and assess the situation. After he inspected the damage and took some measurements, he agreed to send me an estimate. Dave followed through. The amazing team at this company completed our deck project this past summer 2024. From getting the initial quote to completing the final cleanup and reseeding the lawn, this team was absolutely amazing. They were fast and efficient, even creating a makeshift overhead tarp one weekend to continue working on the patio stonework in the rain! Emails were handled promptly.
