Absolutely exceptional experience from start to finish! The craftsmanship is flawless — I can’t even find the seam in the countertop. Josh’s attention to detail was impressive annd appreciated, Brian was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the process. Truly nothing short of wonderful. Highly recommend! Distinctive Countertops LLC is an unprofessional business. Do not use this business. You will be sorry and disappointed. Beware if your home is not up to their standards or not in pristine condition they will cancel your installation with no explanation! This recently happened to us with this business and we are very disappointed. We have worked with many other businesses updating our home and this has never happened to us before now. They have not returned our phone calls.
The countertops and backsplash complement our kitchen perfectly. Brian made sure everything was perfect and personally came out and stayed after hours to adjust something to our specifications. We are very grateful and highly recommend him.
The job is wrong Brian said he would come back and fix it 6 weeks ago. They will not answer the phone they will not return calls (15) I called HomeDepo and got no help. Brian I'm still waiting.
Does not come to appointments in window given, or even close, despite calling me to reschedule. 1 time was to fix what was wrong (counter not supported properly in 2 places and did not drill hole for soap dispenser). No drop clothes used, hot glue dripped on carpet. Shiny silicone used in corners despite matte finish counter, and yes there are methods to mitigate this.
