I brought my ottoman here after being referred by Ruhl’s furniture due to a hiccup in my warranty. Originally I thought I’d drop it off and come back at a later time to pick it up. They ended up cleaning it all on the spot and sent me back home with a bright, stain free ottoman! It looks brand new. I couldn’t be happier with Distinctive FW and Ruhl’s Furniture! I recently had a rug cleaned by Distinctive Carpet Cleaning and couldn’t be happier with the results. They sent a video on the process, were professional and efficient. Our rug looks refreshed and clean. I would absolutely recommend Distinctive for their high quality and reliable service.
