We have used Distinctive Cleaning and Restoration for the carpet and rugs in our home and rugs at our lake home. Alan does a great job. If you have a difficult stain, Alan is one to call. I have recommended the company to neighbors, friends and co-workers at St Charles Borremeo School.
We recently had an area rug cleaned and were very happy with the results. Audrey was great to work with - clear communication, prompt replies. Easy drop off and pick up instructions.

Family and locally owned! Alan did an amazing and extremely thorough job cleaning the carpets in our home. He is extremely knowledgeable. After discussion with him, they also cleaned a rug we thought had been ruined by our dog when she was so ill. It turned out better than I could have ever imagined. Audrey did a wonderful job off staying in touch with us and always keeping us updated.
