Distinctive did a great job! They took out stains I didn't think would come out and took the time to make sure the carpet was cleaned properly as well as sprayed for pet smells. It looks like brand new carpet!! Would highly recommend and use them again!!
My carpets look brand new and are 22 years old. They were able to remove stains from dogs under my bed that had been there for many years. Highly recommend Distinctive Cleaning and Restoration and will use again.
I took my 40 year old wool braided runners/rugs in to be cleaned. What a thrill when I got them back. They felt clean. Dirt and grime gone. The colors popped again. Worth every penny spent and it was a fraction of the price for new rug replacement. 5 stars for sure!

Alan and his team did a great job. The scheduling process was easy, he arrived on time and did a fantastic job with the cleaning of our carpet and sofa. There was no odor and the dampness was much less than I've experienced with other companies. I would highly recommend.
