I bought travertine to be installed around my back patio and pool area. This was quite a splurge for me so a flawless installation was critical. The ladies in the office were very helpful and reassuring that everything would be handled well, and it was! Workers showed up as scheduled and completed the job quickly. My outdoor area looks amazing, I couldn’t be happier!
There products are just ok. They sub contract the labor to install and the guys they hire are horrible. Will not fix issues there installers make. Like putting lipstick on a pig. If you own a business and your customers are unhappy about the install you would think they would want to make it right or make sure it’s done right! They had no foreman on job!
