May 31, 2025 Special praise for Sarah Grotedefendt. She performed my annual PAP Smear exam with very little discomfort to me. She LISTENED to my past experiences with PAP Smear exams and was able to customize her technique in a way that minimized my pain. I place Nurse Grotedefendt's skill level for performing PAP Smears on par with Dr. Dalla Riva who happens to be one of the BEST OB/GYN's I have ever have ever encountered. Dr. Staten left me (undressed) in patient room for over an hour bc she thought I was late. She had me confused with another patient; was egregiously rude to me; ultimately refused to complete appointment. I needed emergent D&C; staff helpfully apologized on her behalf and got me scheduled quickly with Dr. Hurford in different office. She is dangerous and needs to retire.
The only place they might be better than is gateway... ive been warned to stay clear and i shouldve but im 36 weeks soon and cant find someone else to take me.... if anyone needs a helpful person here though, ask for casey... shes very nice the main 2 drs in room 105 though dont seem very trauma aware despite thinking so... and sadly ruin any chance of me fully appreciating the other staff... this hospital doesnt really communicate well with everyone in the building .... nobody knows whats actually going on... they didnt eve... read more
